Dr. Eric Chaghouri is a board-certified psychiatrist with specialized expertise in co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. A graduate of the Keck School of Medicine, Dr. Chaghouri completed his residency in general psychiatry at LAC+USC Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident in Psychiatric Emergency Services. He later completed a prestigious fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the USC Institute of Psychiatry and Law.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Chaghouri leads with clinical precision and ethical clarity, overseeing treatment protocols that blend evidence-based medicine with individualized care. His thriving private practice and leadership in legal psychiatry inform his systems-level thinking and commitment to integrative, trauma-informed care. Passionate about advancing outcomes, he mentors a growing team of clinicians dedicated to compassionate and effective mental health treatment.

Dr. Marlon Rollins is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional clinical counselor with over 20 years of leadership in behavioral healthcare. As Chief Operating Officer, he brings a systems-driven approach to recovery, guiding operations with strategic insight and a deep commitment to clinical excellence.
Holding a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Educational Psychology from Ball State University, Dr. Rollins is known for implementing scalable, trauma-informed models of care that support both client outcomes and organizational integrity. His visionary leadership has helped transform complex clinical environments into structured, compassionate systems of healing.
